Dear Colleagues;

The International Society for Horticultural Sciences (ISHS), Atatürk University Eurasian Silk Road Universities Consortium and the Organizing Committee of the IV International Symposium on Fruit Culture along Silk Road Countries are pleased to invite you to attend the most significant event in fruit growing sector along Silk Road countries that will be held in Antalya,  from 25th to 28th September, 2026.

This symposium was started in 2013 when the first one held in Tbilisi (Georgia) and Yerevan (Armenia) together. After that, the second was organized in Trebinje (Bosnia and Herzegovina) in 2017.  The third one was organized in Hangzhou (China) in 2023. Continuing this tradition, under the auspices of ISHS, Atatürk Üniversity Erzurum (Türkiye) was nominated to host the 4th  International Symposium on Fruit Culture along Silk Road Countries.

This international meeting is mostly intended for researchers from Silk Road Countries, but researchers from all other countries are also welcome. The aim of this symposium is promoting the communication and cooperation among the researchers, companies and growers.

The topics will focus on the fields of fruit breeding, biotechnology and genetics,  genetic resources, smart agriculture, physiology and ecology of fruit trees, fruit growing technologies, fruit quality, post harvest and processing, pest and disease management, production economics and management.

The official language of the symposium will be English.
